————— The piece was based on my inspiration with the girl’s computer face.
A highly graphic image, expressive line, lots of details and decorations. A whole range of colors was used that easily and quickly merge into each other, which required the use of a tiny brush. A very large amount of detail requires a lot of concentration when viewing this image and slowly discovering new details. Painting NOSTALGIA took 250 hours of work.
The first version of this painting, called Tears, now decorates the wall of a house in Australia.

————— One evening in 2015, after fours of exhausting castings for TV commercials, I went to my studio to use my accumulated energy to the end.
Overnight, an image was created inspired by a brief for one of the advertisements. Interestingly

————— While driving by bus along the long wall at the Warsaw Horse Race, I noticed a beautiful graffiti depicting the girl’s face. This intrigued me, so I decided to capture this theme in my work.
First, I painted a wall, using nearly 60 meters of mortar, and then I created a portrait of a sensual woman. I covered it with paint and poured it over the canvas.
A difficult painting, I put a lot of work, colors and emotions into it.

4. Three Women

————— The abstract image was created for women in Serbia, where I come from.
During one of my stays with my sister in Belgrade, I spent several hours talking to her and her two friends. Serbian women always find time for neighborhood meetings and conversations. I decided to capture it in a picture. Three women can be hung each way, because each of these women has as much to say as the other ones.
I painted one version of this picture on a 200 x 250 cm wall.

————— The entire series of women’s silhouettes was created in 2018.
I drew the outline of the female body and then painted it in various ways. I decorated the picture, added various shapes of the body, intertwined with colors.
The mosaic itself is decorated with squares of various colors and saturation – in the shape of ceramic tiles, which often decorate the architecture of Mediterranean countries.

7. Naked Start

————— The idea for the image was born in my head while watching the women’s athletics championships, and basically the very moment of starting the race. You can see all this tension and concentration, waiting for the referee’s sign that the competitor is allowed to start. This moment of waiting adds dynamics to the image, and the perfectly sculpted and athletic body of a woman – a dose of sensuality.
Body colors soothe this tension, but the red background maintains dynamism and expression.
Overall, I really like red. I believe that it is the color of fire, the color of life, and that is why I often use it in my paintings.

————— Paris appeared to me with hundreds of tiny cafes that have a unique, romantic atmosphere. I wanted to capture this charm in my work. The image itself does not represent a specific cafe, it is rather a cluster of captured moments and insights of the Parisian charm.
This picture reminds me very much of my Belgrade, where life goes on in “kafanas” and restaurants. You spend time in there until the next morning, with live music.

————— I made my first painting in 2014.
It was a time when I often visited a certain dance school. I was fascinated by the rhythmics and the movements of the dancers who were able to transfer the sounds of music to dance steps.
Watching the three dancers then inspired me to paint them in my own – abstract way.

————— In one casting studio, someone hung some photos of a woman’s mouth. I wanted to paint a picture with this sensual theme. Because I’ve always been fascinated by female lips – the subject was perfect. To this day, I create them with great commitment in various versions: gray, gold and red.

11. Autumn Girl

————— Initially, the idea for the image of a girl was completely different – more realistic.
However, while I was painting, the paint accidentally fell to my side and I got an interesting, colorful stain. It was a coincidence that set the course and that’s how it started.
Stain on a stain, paint on paint, decorations, hidden elements, dripping acrylic – a lot of randomness, and thus the uniqueness of the image.
I went crazy with this painting, used even more decorations, details and effects.
